Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy governs how we, e32 Technology Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us,”), use personal information that we collect, receive, and store pertaining to you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) in connection with the use of www.e32tech.com or www.smilewear.com (“site" or “sites”), mobile or web application (“app” or “apps”), platform, or products/services. Sites, apps, platform, and products/services are collectively referred to herein as “Services.” By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use our Sites, apps, platform, products, or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information to order and purchase products and services; (f) submitting images/videos of your smile, including face and teeth, to order and purchase Juvee products and services. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to products and services you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
• The Smilewear™ App. To order and purchase Juvee products and services, you must use the Smilewear™ app to submit images/videos of your smile, including your face and teeth. These images are used to create a custom fitting, temporary veneer that you wear on your teeth for a beautiful smile.

How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information
We store personal information with the following storage service provider(s): Microsoft Azure Service - U.S.
We have implemented appropriate technical, organizational, and security measures designed to reduce the risk of accidental destruction or loss, or the unauthorized disclosure or access to personal information appropriate to the nature of the information concerned. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the information will not be exposed as a result of unauthorized penetration to our servers. Nevertheless, we make commercially reasonable efforts to make the collection and security of such information consistent with this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
We will retain your personal information, including images/videos of your smile, for only as long as it has an ongoing legitimate need to do so, for example, to provide you with Juvee goods and services, or where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements. The personal information will then be either deleted or anonymized. In some cases, this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), in which case your personal information will be securely stored as long as we have it.
How We Share Your Personal Information
We do not sell our customer’s personal information to third parties. While we do not sell personal information, we may share personal information with business partners with whom we may offer products or services. We may also share personal information with our affiliated companies.
We may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is transferred to the third party. The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

We may keep track of the Site(s) and pages our users visit, in order to determine which services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Company to users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by the Company. This information can include your: IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Company Site(s).
